The world is a different place today than it was ten years ago, with many basic state level functions not working the UK Military face a raft of serious and substantial challenges, which means that the MoD has had to re-evaluate its global partnerships. Collaborating to reinforce security, enhance deterrents and help keep the peace the MoD cannot hope to solve these problems on their own and is now also working with Charities and non-Governmental Organisations (NGO’s) around the world on projects that bring simple things like mosquito nets to Africa, medicines to developing nations and aid to humanitarian disasters. Apart from sharing intelligence and objectives our military personnel also now work side by side in training, exercises and colleges around the world.
